For this reason, it has adopted a code of ethics that promotes gender equality, the responsible use of natural resources, the design of products with a sustainable life cycle that are recycled or recyclable, the protection of customer personal data, and respect for their privacy.

Pridance's philosophy has always been the same as that of Primavera International:

thinking artisanal to produce on an industrial scale.

A blend of creativity, typical of the champions of Made in Italy, combined with the need to produce on an industrial scale to make their products accessible to everyone, while ensuring a high margin for their commercial partners.

Our philosophy

Our values

Some years ago, Pridance began to embark on a path towards ESG values.

For this reason, it has adopted a code of ethics that promotes gender equality, the responsible use of natural resources, the design of products with a sustainable lifecycle that are recycled or recyclable, the protection of customers' personal data, and the respect of their privacy

Pridance adopts a distributed production model that allows it to produce large production batches with high-quality standards typical of the artisanal world.

Each department or site has its own decision-making and operational autonomy while being part of a larger corporate entity that determines the methods, timing, and adherence to quality standards. This model allows for quick and flexible adaptation to demand fluctuations or specific requests from its commercial partners.

By distributing production across multiple sites, the company also reduces risks associated with local issues (e.g., technical failures or temporary staff shortages), thereby ensuring better service to its customers.

In specific sites, new technologies are also experimented with, new materials are tested, and the possibility of improving individual production processes is verified without impacting the company's performance and efficiency
